Hi, recently some of my customers notified me that they're having trouble selecting size or color from my website product page. On desktop it works fine but I tried on android phone and when choosing size or color it glitches and the dialogue box to select size or color keeps disappearing without being able to select the size. I'm using default free theme of shopify. Also, I notice that, it works fine on iPhone and android phones below android 10. Glitches in android 10 and above phones. Kindly provide a proper solution.

It sounds like the issue you are experiencing is related to compatibility with newer versions of the Android operating system. Here are a few potential solutions to try:

  1. Update your theme: Make sure you are using the latest version of the default free theme of Shopify you're using. Shopify regularly releases updates to their themes which can include bug fixes and improvements in compatibility with newer versions of the Android operating system.

  2. Test your website on different devices: Test your website on different devices and different versions of the Android operating system to identify the specific devices and versions that are experiencing the issue. This will help you to narrow down the cause of the problem.

  3. Check for theme conflicts: Some apps or custom code added to your theme may be conflicting with the native functionality of the theme. Try disabling or removing any apps or custom code that you have added to your theme and see if the issue is resolved.

  4. Use a mobile responsive theme: A mobile responsive theme is designed to adjust to the screen size of the device it is being viewed on. This can help to ensure that your website looks and functions correctly on all devices and operating systems.

  5. Customize your theme using CSS: Customize your theme using CSS to fix the layout of the size and color options. You can use the browser developer tools to inspect the elements and identify the specific CSS code that needs to be adjusted.

  6. Consult with Shopify expert: If you're still not able to find the solution, you can contact a Shopify expert who can help you to troubleshoot the issue and provide a proper solution.

It's important to note that the specific solution will depend on the cause of the problem, which can vary depending on the theme and apps you are using. Be sure to test any changes thoroughly before publishing them to your live site.
