Hi there,
For the last few days, we’ve had an issue with barcode scanning.
When we scan a product using our 1D Socket barcode scanners, the quantity is set at 2 instead of 1.
It’s been intermittent, but currently is happening with every product at one of our locations, and our second location everything is working fine.
Closing the app / restarting iPad and scanner is making no difference.
Just us or anyone else suffering same error?

Hey there! There was a recent update on the Shopify POS app yesterday. Updating to version 6.17.0 should resolve this issue.
This is happening to us too - they said to unpair the scanner restart everything and repair it and I'm still running into this problem.

OMG this has also been happening to me!! I thought it was just me. Have you found a solution to this yet.
I think they were not aware of this until it become an issue. Anyway, they had it fixed on time.
