We have noticed that the latest POS version 10.1.0 breaks the ability to scan QR codes in customer search field. When scanning, nothing happens. Customers display QR-code containing their email address so they can be added to the cart. Scanning product codes when doing sales works normally.
This used to work until version 10.0.3. Anyone else noticed the same?
I called Shopify support and they adviced to put the SocketScan scanner in keyboard mode. Of course that would make it work but I told them that it would not be the solution because it would then break the normal sales functionality when store personnell needs to scan individual variants.
