Receive Payment button is missing after update

For Pay In Store orders, the verson 2 POS used to show a Receive Payment button in the order.

With the latest update, the button is now missing. My iPad OS is updated and I have tried re-installing the POS app.

Currently, I'm having to delete the customer's order and create a new one from scratch just to take payment.

Is there any way to roll back to a previous version of the POS app?
