Reconciling Shopify online orders with Square POS orders

How are fellow merchants dealing with reconciling or merging their online orders taken by Shopify and their in-person orders taken through Square?

My ideal situation is to have all transactions recorded in Shopify, so it's the single place I go for reporting.

Hey Fencetalk, 

You could look at an app like Square Sync (here) that will link up the inventories between the two platforms. It doesn't bring in the orders into Shopify. You could also look at moving to Shopify for POS as that would truly bring it all into one house.
