Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi all,
As of the latest update with the POS version, the "refund to giftcard" option does not seem to work. As we're an omnichannel retailer (refurbished Apple in the Netherlands) we are quite dependent on this option to exchange or upgrade products via this way.
Is this a known problem which is to be solved quite fast or is this just us?
