Hi Shopify Community,
I’m looking to provide my customers with the ability to cancel or exchange or return their orders directly through my Shopify store. I prefer not to use any third-party apps or APIs for this functionality.
Can anyone guide me on how to set up cancellation and return options using only Shopify’s built-in features?
Any advice on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!

Without using a third-party app, it might be difficult, but I would suggest you use a Shopify form app and add it to your store. This will allow customers to enter their order number and connect with you.
