I tried making a return with a customer, and it won't refund her money.  It tells me I'm not authorized to make a refund.  How do I fix this?

In POS? Where did she originally place her order? Online? Was a return
already made against the original order? Do you have full permissions in
Admin and POS?

She placed her order directly through the website. I don’t have full permission for this so how do I get that? I’m the only owner employee and I created the website so why wouldn’t I have full permission? I took the item back into my boutique for the return instead of sending it back to the warehouse.
I did everything needed to make a refund but it says I don’t have permission. So I guess what I really need is to figure out how to get full permission
