Right receipt Printer

I am setting up a POS for my online store and buying the retail kit for ipad 7th generation. I just need a receipt printer. Which is the best receipt printer to buy considering i would be selling at farmers market where wifi isn't an option.

I am thinking of buying a thermal printer. Do i have to use STAR Micronics thru Shopify or are there other printers that are compatible with Shopify
