sales tax not being added to the sale

Hi. Can some one help me... I am having issues with taxes not being added to a POS sale. I have my taxes set-up correctly under the tax area of Shopify. I also noted that IN the Online portion it is not taking out the correct amount of taxes. I can't figure this out and it;s getting darn annoying. Shopify was suppose to be this fantastic product but I gotta tell you I'm not loving it at this point--
