I'm playing around with Shopify POS and came across this issue:
I picked a customer (myself), added some stuff to the cart. Then I saved the cart, before I deleted everything that was in the cart. Basically just trying to find out how saved carts work in Shopify POS.
In the next 30 mins, Shopify established 4 new carts in abandoned carts, and then sent me 4 abandoned carts emails. I guess Shopify POS created a new cart ID/Number every time I opened or closed my saved cart.
How do I make sure that this doesn't happen?
