Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I ordered these cups from HK Frenzy and still haven’t gotten them after a month. There website closed down and i sent Shopify an email and after 2 weeks still no response. Im about to go to the cops.
Hey, @jaden3.
Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
Sorry to hear that you're not hearing back from the store after two weeks and the store appears to be closed down. If you don't receive your order within 30 days, then we'd recommend contacting your credit card provider and notifying them of the transaction so they can further assist you with recovering the funds.
If you have any other questions about your online order, then we've also got some next steps to assist you here: FAQ: Your Online Order.

Same thing is happening to me. I’m so frustrated. The website is gone. I got a confirmation # and a tracking # but the tracking # has no information. The email to contact goes unanswered. I ordered on 8/5. I got my confirmation on 8/9 and by 8/10 the website was gone.
Hi, @Gbk28.
Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for joining the thread.
We're sorry to hear that you have been unable to contact the business regarding an order you placed.
To set expectations, Shopify is an e-commerce platform that enables merchants to manage their online businesses. However, it's important to note that Shopify does not conduct business on behalf of merchants. This means that Shopify does not oversee any aspects of the merchant's business, including orders, products, shipping, or day-to-day activities. Shopify provides the tools and infrastructure for merchants to run their businesses independently.
That being said, we recommend utilizing this form to report an issue with your order. Additionally, if it's been 30 days with no response you can also contact your bank/payment provider depending on how you paid for the order. This is because most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps.
I hope this helps!
