Scanner Socket s700 is not showing the items when scanned

Scanner Socket s700 when scanning 2d barcode code 128 in Shopify POS - shows the correct Barcode number in the "Item Search" bar, but the result shown is a Group of Items and not the specific Size and Color that corresponds to this exactly unique barcode.

at the same time, when using the camera for scanning the same barcode, we got the result - the exact item with the size and the color

please advise
