Selling Subscriptions with POS

I have seen other posts about this and know there isn't a solution as of right now, but I am desperately hoping that Shopify can update so that we can sell subscriptions via POS. I work for a museum that needs it so badly. I hope they update this very soon - I'm sure it would help out a ton of people. It's crazy that they don't offer this feature already.

If anyone has a work-around in the meantime... I would love to know what you do.

Museums cannot sell memberships through Shopify POS because it does not have a built-in subscription feature like other platforms.

But they can handle this issue temporarily in a few ways: processing subscriptions using online checkouts or relying on placeholder products with the help of some applications e. g., Recharge.

However, this leads to cumbersome procedures that require many manual actions.

If you want improvements on this; send as support requests through submitting features.

In case it is affordable, a personalized answer may involve engaging in unique programming.
