Shopify and Checkout Inventory System sync problem

When creating a customer in my Shopify POS system on iPad or through the Admin online, Customer information on an order does not download to my Checkout Inventory system when syncing.  After downloading an order, the order says "Unnamed Customer" and not the customer name generated in Shopify.  Checkout 5.03 build C4-8446 running on Mac 10.10.5.
