We have had issues with ours disconnecting at random (happens to one station about once a week) which results in us having to re-pair it to the iPad.
@Shopify are you all reading these comments from customers??? We are all having issues with the new POS system as well as the card reader. We are not receiving responses to our issues but are expected to pay an additional $89/ month for glitchy software that is not reliable. Also, the chip and tap reader doesn’t accept payments over $100 which is completely unacceptable. Can you please respond Shopify?!
Yes we have card reader drop, or stay connected but not work. Now they say must update to accept cards but won't update.
I want shopify to respond to this thread and credit this ne pos fee until software works
Yes I have gone through 3 and currently this one is NOT working, i have to manually input all cards. Im very upset and of course shopify cannot call me to help or I cannot get a hold of anyone in the call center..
