After closing my business, I followed all the steps on the link below TWICE to cancel my Shopify POS Pro and was still charged $89 per month for 7 months for a total of $623. I was finally able to get assistance officially confirming my POS Pro subscription was canceled as of December 2023 but now Shopify is refusing to refund those 7 charges and telling me they MIGHT be able to refund the December charge. My store did not take any orders June 2023 and beyond. I also double-checked under the subscriptions section and the POS Pro was NOT showing on there, yet I was still being charged. I need to be refunded for the June-December charges.
