After closing my business, I followed all the steps on the link below TWICE to cancel my Shopify POS Pro and was still charged $89 per month for 7 months for a total of $623. I was finally able to get assistance officially confirming my POS Pro subscription was canceled as of December 2023 but now Shopify is refusing to refund those 7 charges and telling me they MIGHT be able to refund the December charge. My store did not take any orders June 2023 and beyond. I also double-checked under the subscriptions section and the POS Pro was NOT showing on there, yet I was still being charged. I need to be refunded for the June-December charges.

Us too! We have contacted Shopify several times and they have confirmed that we canceled POS Pro in June of 2024. We have been told by several employees that they will look into it and get the matter resolved. But they *never* follow through, nor do they refund it. We just got another bill for it and have been charged on it again!
Did they ever answer you? I fear our next move will be to seek legal counsel.
