Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi there, my store just received our Chip and Swipe wireless card reader and began to set up our Shopify POS app, but for some reason the app is not receiving location services. This makes a big issue as the reader won’t connect without location services. We’ve updated the IOS, deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but still no location services. I tried downloading the app on my personal phone and same issue.
Has anyone else experienced this or has a fix for it? The lady I spoke to on the phone from Shopify help didn’t really give much help. We’re really excited to start using Shopify but we can’t do anything until this is fixed. Thanks!
