Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
When looking at a customers orders on the POS, there is no distinction between open and cancelled orders!! Why is that not a feature? Do I need to pay monthly for ANOTHER app to see when an order has been cancelled????
I'm not aware of an app that actually performs that function. I share your frustration with many things that should be standard on a retail sales point of sale system (including on the reporting back end) that are not functional yet in Shopify.
