Shopify POS for only stock management and sales data import from other material?

We have more than 50 stores and we are selling fruits in Thailand.

The thing is the stores are not our store, we rent the space and the sales data belong to the supermerkets.

We will have our own stores soon and thinking we will have shopify integrated there.

And hopefully we could also manage other stores stock data in the shopify pos system.

If anyone had similar experience please share. Thanks.
