Hi, I have a weird situation.
My business is located in a county next to a larger county. It is somewhat odd, but there is a sliver of area on this side of the border that has an address & zip code that is in the next county over. They have a 4% tax rate and the county that my business is actually located in (I have a business license for) is 3%.
Shopify charges the 4% tax rate, I am assuming because of my mailing address & zip code. Is there a way to override this? Any known workarounds?
