shopify public app data to POS

I have created a public app in that i have retrieve the customer metafields created after in the meta defination for the customers see attached screenshot now I want the metafields value data should be going to the POS app as CODE_DISCOUNTPRICE_EXPIRAYDATE please help me with the end points or provide me the code
