Hi there,
I've been having issues with our store's Socket Mobile Scanner, I believe it's S700, based on photos.
It seems to work and shows up as "connected" on our iPad, but as soon as I attempt to scan a barcode that would bring a product up, it has 5 loud beeps and then it appears to disconnect from the iPad. After that, it continually attempts to reconnect, but never manages to, and even has trouble shutting down.
Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution for this problem?
