Can you try selecting the option to log in with browser? Rather than to try this on a mobile device, to see if you can bypass this message?
Based on the two screenshots you have sent I am not seeing a major reason as to why the store is not opening, but I can follow up on this if opening using a browser does not allow you to access the store.

I do most of store editor with the mobile version, but since I updated to the new latest theme editor I couldn’t do anything anymore because it doesn’t let me to edit theme. Please help thanks
As you mentioned it is just on your mobile device you are seeing this, it could be an issue with your device which is slowing this down, or not allowing you to edit the theme.
It could also be a case that after you updated the theme, there may be something within the editor that is stopping the mobile view.
Can you confirm what theme you are using as you may be able to query this with your theme developer? Note that if this is a third-party theme, you will need to reach out to your theme developer to get them to make these changes for you as this would not be supported by Shopify. If you are unsure of your theme, you can locate this information as per this guide.
