TAP AND CHIP CARD READER MADE ME LOSS $40k IN RETAIL STORE

My tap and chip card reader that miscaptured in-store customers payment for over 3 month.

We never receive the payout from the in-store order since the tap and chip didn't work properly. 

Any one have some kinda problem?
