Tap and Chip Card Reader

We have just installed the tap and chip card reader for our POS.  And if customers tap, their name is not recorded in the system.  Is there a way to turn this on?  It is much easier for us to find customer transactions if it records the name.

Where did you buy the reader? Every time I try to access the page I get a 'this page cannot be found' error.

Same issue here, never tap anymore just insert the card because tapping doesn't get their customer name.
