Customer purchased gift card for wife on her account and we categorically did not tick for email receipt as it was a gift. Printed receipt and DONE after completed purchase but the gift card was still emailed and the surprise ruined. Anyone know how to get rid of this auto email from GIFT CARDS. VERY FRUSTRATING
Unfortunately you cannot turn this off but on the web you can schedule the gift card which would help. On POS you cannot schedule the gift card. What is the process you went through to add it to her account? Maybe there is something I can do to help.
