I am trying to get Carrier Calculated Rates added to my store and unable to contact support as it is busy. I have purchased the basic plan for the 12 months but this feature is still not working. Can you let me know who I will need to contact to get this started.

Our support will always need to activate Carrier Calculated Shipping unless you are on the Advanced Shopify Plan.
