URGENT - Can you run two online stores with one Shopify POS?

We are in the process of building out our online store but we will also be building out a secondary site with a different look and feel under the same account. We have the Shopify POS PRO and I am trying to find out a way to link both sites to it. Is that possible?

Did you ever get an answer to this? We’re trying to do the same thing with two existing stores owned by separate people. We’ll be selling together in one retail store but we want to keep the e-commerce sites and web domains separate.
