Use star micronics customer display with shopify point of sales app

Hi,

I recently bought a star mpop from star micronics to equip a point of sales and discover that shopify does not use the customer display. Do you plan to interface shopify POS app with star micronics customer display SCD222U (wired on mpop cash register) ?

Customer display app is not a viable solution for our customer who abandon this solution the first day.

+1 for this.  The android customer display app is a lovely idea but doesn't seem to be all that durable.

Given that Shopify is clearly working to integrate with Star, this would be a good thing to make work.

After all, you're not messing around with POS now you charge $89 pm for it, right?
