Vend to Shopify POS migration - "account/layby sales"

Hi all,

We've been using Vend since 2013 with Shopify as our Ecom solution since 2011. We're now looking to consolidate to having everything with Shopify as it will allow us to add some much needed customer centric functionality.

Our business makes custom made products and predominantly B&M retail. As such we do alot of "50% deposit" and 50% on completion sales.

Just wondering if there is any guidance on how we can migrate our "debtors" data or open sales that still have balances owing over to Shopify? We are based in Australia and wanted to do a clean swap around our financial year end (30 June).
