View products that are in a specified location but out of stock in another

I am trialing Shopify at the moment. I am hoping to have my store room as a different location from the sales floor and be able to pull a report of items that are either out of stock on the sales floor but in stock in the store room, or where the store room has more stock than the sales floor. Is this possible?

You could setup your locations this way in Shopify. How would you determine whether sales are taken from the sales floor or the store room?

Presumably by having the sales floor fulfill orders and the store room not fulfill. Currently, 90+% of our sales are in person via POS

If you get the location stock correct based on fulfillments then that's the first step.
