When will funds be released after store deactivation in the UK?

HELLO EVERYONE, WE want to know that shopify asked us from additional documents they put our payouts on hold when we submitted all documents they deactiavte our store under section 7. we want to know when they will release our funds? since we have handsome amount of funds in our shopify store. thank you everyone. store is in the UK
