Where to buy a Shopify Retail Kit in Canada?

Good day,

Shopify Retail Kit is sold out on the site, and I need at least two kits, Where I can find used kits? or at least something compatible with Shopify? (In Canada)

the only thing I found is the Square terminal, and it needs 3rd party app to use it.

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums with your question! I understand that you are looking for some accessories that are currently on backorder from our Retail Hardware Store. 

While I don't have resources for used or secondhand retail kits I wanted to let you know that you are able to buy most of the pieces separately. Upon looking at the Canadian hardware store I can see that the iPad stands and the tap and chip reader dock are on backorder, but the rest of the main hardware is still available. 

You can still purchase a tap and chip reader and mounting kit (2 of the 3 pieces in the retail kit) to get started. 

Don't hesitate to reach out to our retail support team as well for more information on hardware eligibility. You can reach them by searching for Shopify POS Hardware in the Help Center when going through the steps to contact support, or through the Support option in your Shopify POS app on your mobile device.
