Who and how can I contact someone regarding fraud being dine by one of the 'shops' using shopify.com

I believe ine of the shops using a facebook page is defraudding people out of their money pretending to sell items and sending out fake invoices with a dead email and ,,nada,,nothing,,, this site is terrible in not having a clear point of contact for help,,anyone got an email address for spotify.com?
