Why am I asked for a card number when capturing a payment?

I ran into some complications on my first purchase. It says my customer made an order then ask for me to capture payment. But when I hit that it’s asking me for a card number and the only other option is send an invoice. I do have a PayPal account connected and my banking as well. How do I get my payments ?

In order for us to look further into the capturing payment for the purchase you have received, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate you over our Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. You will need to reach out to our support by logging into your store using our Contact Us page.


Once you successfully login to your store, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support located under the search results. This will allow you to directly speak with a Support Advisor.

I went and made it to request a callback but it’s telling me this option is no longer supported. Try email or the chat option.
