Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
When I manually create an order for product that was hand delivered but I want to invoice so the customer can pay online, I don't want any shipping to be charged. I edit the invoice and the draft shows NO shipping but when I send the invoice to the customer's email and they select complete order, they are being charged shipping?? How do I fix this??

When you are creating the draft order, you have the option to click on 'edit shipping' and set it to 'free shipping' before sending the invoice to the customer for payment. Doing so should not charge the customer. Have you tried that on your end?
