Why am I getting a 500 error code when adding a product?

Hello. Every time I click add product, I get sent to a 500 shopify error code page.

 

This has been happening for 5 days, at all times throughout the day, and only with this button. 

 

Troubleshooting says everything is fine.

 

What can I do??

Have someone else test it from their account, to rule out being tied to your environment.

 

If that's not possible, try it in a different browser and a different device, to rule out that possibility.

 

If neither of those work, open a case with Shopify support and share the details:

- Screenshot of the button + the error message

- What you've tried testing (Chrome on Macbook Pro, Firefox on a Samsung Galaxy, etc)

 

You should be able to get a solution doing that.
