I can definitely understand that this is a stressful situation, hopefully together we can work through these issues and get your store making sales soon!
The first issue you mentioned is that you have not done any marketing yet as you are still awaiting delivery of your inventory. I am wondering have you considered going ahead with marketing anyways? A lot of big brands will do a "pre-launch" campaign push to make sure their target audience knows they have their new product coming soon - this may be a great idea for you! This blog post walks through some excellent pre-launch marketing strategies.
You also mentioned that your Google ads account has been suspended for incorrect formatting. Are you able to share with me the specific reasons they provided you for the suspension? The good news is, usually these issues are easily fixed and you can then resubmit your store and hopefully then get approved. This help doc walks through the specific requirements Google Ads has for Shopify stores, and this may help to guide you.
The last thing you mentioned is a low conversion rate. As you haven't marketed your store yet, I would not worry about this too much! Hopefully, once you begin some marketing this will pick up. I have a guide here that will help you create a marketing plan that works. One piece of advice I'd also give you is to figure out EXACTLY who it is that you think your ideal target customer is; who are they? what age are they? Why would these products appeal to them & how are they currently going looking for these products?
