I am in the same situation. I created the store and I have been creating content in my social media, but I haven't been able to sell my first product. I know that I have a great product but I don't have too much traffic on the website

Hi, @majesticjewels!
Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to take a look at your store.
I want to first say that you've done a great job with it! The site looks very sleek and luxurious, and I love how easy it is to get in touch with you if potential customers have questions. Here are a few suggestions to make the store even better.
Image sizes
I noticed that some of your product images are different sizes, which can cause the site to look uneven. You can see what I mean here:
Making all of your product images the same size is an easy way to make your store appear seamless and more professional. You can check out this blog post for image size guidelines!
Privacy Policy
I recommend editing your Privacy Policy to remove any "note to merchant" notes in the template, as well as adding any additional details that may apply to your business. Currently, if a customer clicks on the Privacy Policy linked in your header, they will see the full template, as shown here:
Having a proper privacy policy is important for gaining your customer's trust and ensuring their shopping experience is safe and secure. To edit the policy, log into your Shopify admin and navigate to Settings > Policies. You can find more details in this help document! If you have questions about what should be included in your Privacy Policy, I recommend contacting a legal professional directly.
About Us page
A great idea for your store would be adding an About Us page! These pages are a fantastic ways to help your customers get to know your story and bond with your specific brand. I personally love to shop at stores that have a great story behind them. Feel free to check out this video for inspiration on writing the perfect about us page!
Once again, I want to say you've done a fantastic job with your store! I think you'll be able to find success if you keep working at it. Make sure to check out the resources I've shared in my previous posts in this thread for tips on increasing traffic and sales!
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.

I have not been able to edit the privacy policy. I delete all the yellow bits but they just pop right back...
Hi, @SydneyPrints!
Thanks for reaching out. I just tried editing the privacy policy on my test store and was able to remove the highlighted portions, and they stayed removed once I saved the changes. You can find more information about editing these policies in this help document.
If you're still having trouble, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies as it may be a browser issue. Let me know how that goes!
Thanks again.
