Why are POS lite refunds not appearing in register summary?

we have noticed since Thursday 2nd Nov, some issues with refunds and how they are reporting between POS lite and Shopify.  


1.  refunds processed on the point of sale are not being picked up by the Register Summary print out.  However, they are showing on the analytics payment page. 


Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Hey there, @CherylA. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community regarding this issue.


We did have an incident yesterday that was preventing Retail POS Cash Refunds from being tracked properly. This means that you may notice some discrepancies when looking at session details, and cash refunds. Our Developers are working on resolving things to prevent future occurrences, and remedy any that have occurred.

If this incident I've outlined above doesn't quite match up with what you're describing, please let me know here!
