Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hello, today on two separate occasions, when I have searched for products on our shopify "back office" site they have not been there, but are showing on the POS App. I have looked through the entre product list and they were definitely not there, nor were they available to transfer in on the Transfers screen. I did eventually resolve the problem, by selling the product on the POS app and then refunding it....not an ideal work around though!
