Why can't I access my new store on the POS app and POS GO?

I have a new store that I am currently working on and am having trouble logging in to the POS app on iPhone and the POS GO I have purchased. I was initially able to log in to the app on iPhone and view the app, however once trying to set up the POS GO I am getting the error "Can't access store" and that I need admin permission to log in to POS, but I am the store owner! And now it has logged me out of the iPhone app and I am receiving the error consistently on both devices. What do I need to do to log in to both the POS app and the POS GO?

I'm getting the same error - "Can't access store".  I'm researching the error. I'll post here if I get it working.
