Why can't I access my POS and apps on multiple devices?

I am having issues logging in to both my POS and Shopify apps. I can only can log into my POS on my iphone. I can't log into anything on my ipad, POS, shopify app, shopify on ios. I can't log in on my laptop, I have cleared my cache, tried mulitple browsers, and still can't get in. I can use my username and password but it takes me to a screen that tells me that I am unable to access Holt's Home Decor. I go to my website and attempt to access admin through that and get the same error message. My app will only let me start a new store and won't let me log in, I have deleted the app and tried again only to get the same issue, this happens on both ipad and iphone.

I am currently at a craft show.
