Why can't my customer use a discount code with free shipping?

Hi, I have a free shipping automatic discount running all weekend. I have a voucher code for £30 off I gave to someone but she us unable to use it and gets error message. I checked all the filters to check that both vouchers can be used at the same time and everything looks okay. Can anyone think why this isn't allowing her to use?

3. A screenshot of the products that were in the cart
