We have been using 2 kinds of discounts for over a year and today one of them stopped working.
It's a 10% discount that gets applied to customer orders when the customer has a specific tag. We've tried all the steps, restarting the app, checking for updates, adding and removing the customer to an order, nothing is working.
Is anyone else having this problem?
My discount code for wholesale customers stopped working today after Shopify messed around with the customer section. Shopify needs to leave stuff alone. The discount was attached to a specific tag.
I reached out to support and the response was that we should get an app to handle discounts.
I've discovered that the rule works for customers who did not previously have the tag and then had it added. Unfortunately we have 30,000+ customers so going through them one at a time isn't an option.
