Why do I need to log in to POS every morning?

We have been having to login to our POS with our admin email and password first thing every morning for about a month now. We have contacted Shopify several times and they are supposed to be trying figure out why this is happening all of a sudden. I just wanted to ask if anyone else is having this issue and if anyone may know the cause.
