Why does my About Us page show a 404 error?

I added About us page, shows 404 error when I view this page

I'd be happy to look into this with you. Could you share the link to the affected page so I can see if I can recreate the issue? If you have a customer password on the store you can temporarily change it so that I can access the page and then change it back once we're done troubleshooting. 

Could you also let me know if any of these questions apply:

Did you add any custom HTML or coding to the page?

Did you use a page builder app?

Did you customize the template in the theme editor?

Can you open the page from the preview link within the page details?

Have you deleted, saved, and re-added the navigation menu link?
