Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
The POS Go dock seems to constantly disconnect on me in the most inconvenient times, can the software/hardware team please fix these issues?? My team is mostly older and very bad with tech so trying to constantly walk them through troubleshooting these devices is nearly impossible over the phone, please give these devices their own troubleshooting program or keep them from constantly getting bugged!
