Why does my retail item pricing keep changing on my store?

Every time I log into my Shopify store the pricing of a LOT of the retails items have been changed back to MY pricing, and is showing this on my sales channels.  Please help!! It's so hard to go through 650+ items, multiple times a day to keep checking pricing!

Thanks for connecting with us and sharing your concerns. Typically, once prices are set they should not be changing, especially on their own.

This leads me to believe perhaps you are using a third-party app that is managing your products for you? Or perhaps, are you using a dropshipping service, that is updating products at specific times?

To better guide you, please clarify the following details for me:

• Which third-party product apps are currently installed on your store?
• When you say products are changing back to your pricing, can you expand on what you mean with some example screenshots of your expected vs. actual experience?
• Are these changes happening at set intervals, for example as if an update is happening?

Please get back to me as you can, and we can absolutely get to the bottom of this.
